Ten-second concert review

I went to see the New Amsterdams last night at Bottom of the Hill. I was third in line. The concert was amazing. The band released an EP online. Go to their site, and click “Audio/Video” and get the Killed or Cured EP if you want to hear it. Their new album will come out in the spring. I think Matt might have said March, but I could be wrong.

They played “All Ears” near the end of the set, and it brought back some memories.

I don’t think I had been to a Starbucks for about 18 months, but I wandered into one before the show and they have “Vanilla Bean” frappuccinos now. They’re better than the old, “Vanilla Creme” ones. Reminds me of the Dunkin’ Donuts Coolatta. I still miss Dunkin’ Donuts, though. Probably just the nostalgia.
