A short update today, but I found something humorous and had to share.

And today I got Ana’s computer all ready for her. Looking forward to putting that big chunk of money toward this new one. Oh, and now I can say what it is, since I don’t work for Apple anymore!* It’s (are you ready?) a vastly improved 12″ PowerBook!

*Explanation: “Policies and Procedures” were worded incredibly vaguely, and prohibited me from including pictures or descriptions of any “Apple product, service, or initiative” on my “personal website.” To me, that seemed to include mentioning the store itself, and it clearly seemed to forbid even saying “Gee, this computer I bought last year is neat.” (I asked). I think the rule was written far too vaguely, but I never saw anyone get in trouble for it, so I didn’t think it was worth it to challenge it.
